Your timer stays visible right on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, so you always know what's ticking. Prefer to log things after the fact? Enter time manually with a start and end time, or just a duration and a note.

Set up your clients and projects once, each with its own color, icon, and hourly rate. Assign a different rate per project, per client, or per currency — PaperTime does the math so you don't have to. See your total time and total earnings for every project at a glance.

Reports That Look as Good as Your Work

Switch between weekly and monthly views, filter by client or project, and see your hours broken down in a clean daily chart. When it's time to send an invoice or share your progress, export a print-ready PDF report — sized for A4 or US Letter — with your name or business front and center.
